My Housemaid Has a Big Influenced in My Life

Do you know that “heroes” are not always big people, but small people could also be one of them. For me, my housemaid is my everyday’s hero. Her name is Sundarti, she is thirty-seven years old and she comes from Ngawi, Jawa Timur. She has an important role in my life by helping my family to take a good care of many things in my house. There was a hard time for my family during the Idul Fitri’s day when she went back to her home village for couple of days. So, we all have to do everything by ourselves and then we realized that she is so important in our life.

During the interviewed time, there is a question about her dreams or goals. And her answer is so simple and so noble. She loves her family and she is a responsible person to be a mom and a housemaid. She really hopes that the salary that she gets will always be enough to fill the needs of her family and she could also pay for the school fee for her children. I think this is a good lesson to be followed or to be applied in our own life. She never thought of satisfying herself but she puts her family as her number one in life. Besides, she also has a good behavior, such as honest, patient, helpful and responsible.

As a housemaid, there are some challenges that she could face everyday. Missing her family is the most awful thing. She could not meet them for months, so what she could do is just talking by phone. The other challenge is when she is alone at home. She has to be aware and be more careful to the guests because they could be bad guys (robbery, thief).

I have learned many things from interviewing my housemaid. I will follow her good behavior and be thankful to her for helping my family as we need her every single day. The thing that really influenced me is I realized that my parents have done their best to spend their money to put me in the best school. Now it is my time to make them proud of myself. I will put all my effort and do my best in studying and reaching my dreams.  Just remember that we all have to be a better person (who can influence and help many people) in the future.

Demi Lovato Motivates Me in Many Ways

                   A famous rock star named Demi Lovato is a good motivator for me. Demi has a good personality that we can learn from and try to apply it in our life. She was born in Texas on August 20, 1992. She supports many people around her whether she knows the person or not. She started her career at the age of ten, she was so lucky that she could reach her dream since she was a child. Demi is an open person, she faced bullies and she wants to put a stop to it. Luckily, she was pretty tough, so she has been able to overcome bullies.

                  For me, Demi is a multi-talented person, she is an actress, a singer and now she has trying to be a good motivator for the victim of bullying. At her young age, she debuted her acting career on children television show. She made a video lately, telling that those people who had been bullied should not give up easily and should have faith on them; Demi is always there to give supports and to share with. She told them that they have to stand up, to study hard, reach their dreams and be successful people as she does. She provides a website for the people who need her supports. I agree to the things she has done because it is a good attitude and inspiring many people as well.

                  Unfortunately every person has weaknesses. Like Demi, even she gives motivates to many people, but in the past she was not as strong as she is today. I think that these are some weaknesses that Demi has. She could not stand with the hard time during high school because she was being bullied. So, she ended up leaving school and the effects of that traumatizing time are still with her to these days. And from this statement, I could learn that we can help each other by giving supports or motivates to the people around us.

                  My conclusion is Demi Lovato is a good figure as she has a good character. We should learn many things from her.  She inspires me a lot. She cares about others; she motivates many people around her, especially the victims of bullying. I will try to apply all the good examples in my own life as Demi has done great things in her life.
